1. Introduction

• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from ang88.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

4. Account Registration

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. ang88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ang88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification (MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport), proof of address dated within three months, and in some cases, a selfie holding the identification document.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. Providing fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents will result in immediate account termination.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ang88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Financial Process Exchange (FPX), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency channels including USDT (TRC20) and Bitcoin (BTC). The Platform reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion.

5.2 Deposit Currency

All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, subject to any applicable conversion fees charged by the payment provider.

5.3 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are specified on the Platform's deposit page and may vary by payment method. 5.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are processed within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. ang88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment service provider.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed once your account has completed KYC verification. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is specified on the Platform's withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering procedures.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank wire transfers are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours. These are target timeframes and are not guarantees; delays may occur due to circumstances beyond ang88's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Reviews

ang88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This may include requesting supplementary documents, confirming wagering history, or reviewing account activity for compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals found to be associated with Prohibited Conduct will be withheld pending investigation.

6.4 Tax Obligations

Players are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings or withdrawals in their jurisdiction. ang88 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of Players and does not provide tax advice.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by ang88 are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, which will be published at the point of the promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) will be clearly stated on each promotion. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary; slots typically contribute 100% while live dealer and table games may contribute at a lower rate, as specified per promotion.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

8. Gaming Rules

All games available on the ang88 Platform are governed by the individual game rules as documented within the game interface or help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the Platform's server logs and records shall be considered the definitive record of all transactions and game results. ang88's decision regarding disputed game outcomes shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure described below.

8.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or other error that affects game outcomes, ang88 reserves the right to void any bets affected by the error and return staked amounts to Players' accounts. ang88 will not honour winnings that result from a technical error, including erroneous odds, incorrect RTP values displayed, or software bugs.

8.2 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting is subject to separate sportsbook rules published within the betting section of the Platform. Markets may be suspended, voided, or settled in accordance with official results from designated data providers. ang88's sportsbook decisions are guided by industry-standard settlement rules.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ang88. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, falsifying documents, impersonating another person, or otherwise deceiving ang88 or its staff.
• Money Laundering: Using ang88 to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. ang88 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or sharing hole card information in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or perform actions that a human player would not be capable of performing manually at the same speed or accuracy.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly placing bets at erroneous odds, exploiting software bugs, or taking advantage of any technical error for financial gain.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account on ang88, whether under your own name or another's identity, to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made to ang88 without first contacting our support team.
• Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ang88.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ang88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ang88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ang88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ang88 is not liable for any losses arising from system downtime, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service provider failures including payment gateway outages.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Players acknowledge that they participate at their own risk and that losses are possible. ang88 does not guarantee winnings, returns, or specific game outcomes.

12. Responsible Gambling

ang88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform provides Players with access to the following responsible gambling tools:

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by ang88

ang88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon termination for cause, ang88 may withhold and forfeit any balance in the account. Where termination is not attributable to the Player's misconduct, ang88 will return the Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the Player using the original payment method on file.

13.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting ang88 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player following completion of any outstanding withdrawal requirements and KYC verification.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ang88 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If a Player is dissatisfied with the resolution provided by ang88, they may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution authority, as advised by Customer Support at the time.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ang88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Players' rights or obligations — ang88 will provide notice via email to registered account holders and/or a prominent notification on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments (including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions that do not reduce Player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of ang88 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.2.
